PCOM is one of the most competitive osteopathic orthopedic residencies in the country. Residents are able to work with nationally renowned surgeons and attend a multitude of educational opportunities throughout the year. At the conclusion of training, residents have typically logged well over 1,500 cases.


Residents rotate at 5 hospitals in Philadelphia on 3 month blocks. There is exposure to all subspecialties with opportunities to work alongside some of the best surgeons in the country, whom publish frequently in leading journals and speak at national conferences.
